A lot of the work we will do together is exploring and being curious about what you are experiencing in the moment, what you have experienced in past and what stories and beliefs you attach to your lived experience.

The process I use is creative and individual, sometimes it is not easy to look directly at painful experiences, this is where a creative process such as regression therapy has so much power, as you are able to look at yourself through a new and different lens. I have found that it is within this space of exploring without judgement that you are able to unearth your true self, finding compassion, forgiveness and understanding which gives you the opportunity to let go of that which no longer serves you, to live a life of freedom, of contentment, of joy and love.
