Every month I have 12 hours available for low cost client work for those on low income. To find out more about this please email me directly. There is currently a waiting list for this and I work on a highest need basis.

3 step rewind is done over 3 sessions and is generally used for a specific traumatic event.

A free consultation is necessary to book this as it is not the right approach for everyone.

Most often used for birth trauma and specific incidences of trauma.

Generally held over 2 sessions, in person or online although this can be adapted to suit different budgets and need.
